Finally some cards!!

At last a couple of cards. It's been a while!!. This first card was made with one of the new penny black stamps released for 2009. I have coloured the image in with my Whisper pens and the cut out with my rectangle Nestabilities. The background paper is from The spring stack and the Ribbon and flowers are from my stashFor the second card I used my beloved Sugarnellie stamp and cut her out using my new Nestabilities, The flowers are Prima and the centre brad is from Dovecraft. The Ribbon is from SU. The circle greeting is CWC.

Well I hope everyone is keeping well. Sorry for my recent lack of blogging, I have been so busy lately I just don't know where the time goes. Yesterday was my one year blogoversary, so I will be back with some blog candy very soon.

I'm in a Magazine!!!

I have been so excited waiting for this magazine to come out as I knew that one of my cards was going to be in it. So when I found out that they had used two of my cards I was sooo chuffed. So I you can imagine how pleased I was yesterday when I collected it to see that one of my cards has its picture on the cover too (3rd one down on the left hand side). This is the first time I have had a card published in a magazine and I loved seeing it there in print!! The theme was Mothers day using Pastel colours.
